Appointment Coordinators
Anne Marie
My name is Anne Marie and I have been with OSS since 1988. I worked with Dr. Ketcham for 17 years and now work at the front desk scheduling, mostly at our State Street office. What I like most about my job is talking and getting to know the families and the things they like to do. You get to meet really nice people!
I am married to Mike and have 4 kids and 3 dogs. I am blessed to work here at OSS!
Beth
I work primarily at Dr. Dellinger’s Angola office as a scheduling coordinator. I've lived in the area for more than 25 years, and have worked at OSS since 1997. I often get to reconnect with people I haven't seen for years, which is a lot of fun!
I have five horses, and my husband and I enjoy trail riding as often as possible. My two beautiful daughters love to participate in show and speed competitions with their horses.
I love our patients, parents, co-workers, and doctors, here at OSS, and often refer to them as my "second family." I can't imagine working anywhere else!
Bev
I have been in the orthodontic field for over 32 years, with the last 12 of those years at O.S.S. During my years of employment in the dental profession, I have worked as technician, treatment coordinator and front desk staff. I am currently at the front desk in our Warsaw office, where I call home. I enjoy the relationships I have built over the years with our patients and their families.
My hobbies include gardening and scrapbooking the growing years of my children. In our free time my husband and I like to bike all over Indiana and spend time with our family and friends.
Danielle
I have been in the dental field for over 5 years and the last 3 of those have been with OSS. I have a young daughter whom I adore and I am currently attending college to further my education. I love being outdoors and embarking on new adventures in life. Working at OSS has been amazing. The staff is wonderful and it is a pleasure to work for a group of Doctors who have strong morals, values, and true appreciation for their patients and staff.

I have worked in different areas over the years I have been with OSS. What I enjoy most about working at OSS is seeing all the changes that have taken place in the orthodontic field in the years that I have been here. Currently, I greet you at the State Street office as one of the appointment coordinators. In my spare time I enjoy gardening, listening to music and reading.

I have worked with Drs. Dellinger since 1999. I have had the great pleasure of getting to know many patients and families thru my scheduling position at our Dupont Road and Kendallville locations. I have a great husband, and two beautiful children, who keep me busy with a wide variety of interests. I love people, and I love to be surrounded by others with the same spirit, so my position at O.S.S. is a perfect fit for me.

My name is Lisa and I am part of the front desk staff. OSS has been a part of my life for many years. I enjoy getting to know our patients and growing a relationship with them. I have seen our patients in the Frankfurt, Germany airport, on the beach in Florida and downtown Chicago. I love hearing "Hey, I know you, you work for Dr. Dellinger!" Now my children are benefiting from the experience of our doctors.

Hi! My name is Roxanne. I work in the clinic and at the front desk. I graduated from IPFW in 2003 and have had the pleasure of being with the Dellinger’s since that time. I absolutely love it here and could not imagine being anywhere else! I am also very excited about a new adventure when I begin teaching the Orthodontic Clinician Program at IPFW in 2012. When I'm not at work I spend my time reading, running, gardening, and writing, and making memories with family and friends, especially my daughter Natalie!

I'm Shelley. I made the switch from Medical Scheduling, to Orthodontic Front Desk, in 1999. It was a great move for me. I love getting to know our patients, and being rewarded with so many smiles of thanks is all I need for a great day! Hi, I’m Talisha. You will see me most of the time in our Kendallville office. When I started at Dr. Dellinger’s in 1991, I was a clinic technician, and now I additionally get to know our patients through scheduling at the front desk. When I relax… oh wait I don’t relax! I am a busy mom and love to attend my kids many sporting events and competitions. I’m looking forward to many more happy years with my friends at OSS!

My name is Tami, I’ve been with the Dellinger’s orthodontic team since 1981. We’ve come a long way together, sharing many milestones. The doctors have the personal values that I admire, and have made my years with them a true blessing.
I am married to a crazy, funny guy. We have two fantastic children, and two beautiful granddaughters. In my spare time, I love to use my amateur decorating talents to pursue fun projects around my house and lake home. I must have passed that on a generation, as our daughter is in interior design, and our son is an architect. As often as possible, I love to vacation with friends and family. The summers are spent enjoying our place at the lake. Our family oriented work place is much more than a job to me and my co-workers. The doctors have set a high standard of excellence, and I am proud to be a part of that. We get to know our patients on a personal level, and treat them as an individual, making sure their experience with us is fantastic! Who could ask for anything more!

My name is Debbie and I am the insurance coordinator here at Orthodontic Specialty Services! I started at OSS in 2005 and had previously worked nine years for an orthodontist in Novi, Michigan. I was a long time resident of Canton, Michigan until recently when my family and I moved to Coldwater. I'm happily married to my husband, Harry, and have two sons, Joe & Aaron. I love working at OSS and helping people with their insurance benefits. In my free time I like to draw, paint, work in my yard and go fishing & boating!

I have been employed by OSS since 1992. I am a Treatment Coordinator at the Dupont and Warsaw offices. I love my job and enjoy working with such wonderful families. I get excited when I see how a great smile can make a big change in a person's life!
I enjoy spending time with my daughter and her husband. I have three dogs, 2 Labs and a Havanese. In my spare time I enjoy spending time at my pool, bowling, scrapbooking and reading.

Hi, my name is Dee and I have worked in the Orthodontic field for over 10 years. I am thankful for the opportunity to work with the wonderful doctors and staff at Orthodontic Specialty Services. I enjoy the daily interaction with patients and their families. In meeting with new patients, my primary goal is to make everyone feel comfortable and confident in their decision to seek orthodontic treatment for themselves or for their children. Seeing the results and smiles that leave OSS is most rewarding to me!
While I'm not at work, I love spending time with my husband, Brian and 2 sons, Conner and Reid.

Working with the practice for over 35 years as a clinic tech, front desk staff member and now as a treatment coordinator for orthodontics as well as TMD, I've met many great families including second generation families! I guess you could say I'm the dinosaur of the practice!! When I'm not working, my husband and I are extensively remodeling our home. I love gardening and spending time with my grandson, who lives in Indianapolis and with my daughter and son in law. My (married) son is in the military stationed in California. Go Navy!

I have worked for Orthodontic Specialty Services since 1999. I am a graduate of the IPFW Dental Assisting Program. I have taught the Orthodontic Technician course at IPFW for 10 years as well as other courses over those years. I have been married to my husband, Shon, for four years. We have a daughter Charlotte, a dog Newman and cat Sofie. I enjoy scrapbooking and travel. The best thing about my job at Orthodontic Specialty Services is the patients.

I started working for OSS in 2001 after graduating from the IPFW Dental Assisting Program. I enjoy working in the orthodontic field so much that I decided to co-teach the Orthodontic Clinician Program at IPFW. I held my teaching postision for four years until recently, when I decided to spend more time at home with my husband and two children. I really enjoy working here at OSS. The doctors treat us and the patients like one of their family. They are always interested in what is going on in their employees and patients lives. Outside of work I love reading scrapbooking & spending time boating on Hamilton Lake.

Hi, I’m Becky and I work here in the clinic at OSS. I joined the Dellinger’s shortly after college in 1989. It has been my great pleasure, to work with three of the most talented, and cutting edge doctors there are in the mid-west region. Our patients have repeatedly shown me they are some of the most cooperative dental savvy people around.
In my very limited spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our seven children. I love to walk and I teach aerobics! I hope that you come in and meet our extremely friendly doctors and staff. I am confident you will have a very positive orthodontic experience, one that will be beyond your expectations!

I have worked in the dental field for 12 years and counting. I started at OSS in 2007 and have had the great experience of working with three of the smartest doctors I have ever known. OSS is such an rewarding place to work. When I'm not working on patients I enjoy going to local schools and talking with young children on how important good dental hygiene is.
I currently live in Fort Wayne, IN with my wonderful husband Jeremy and three awesome kids Ethan, Laney and Kalon. We also have a dog "BRUIN" the boxer. In my spare time I enjoy going to my kids sporting events and hanging out with friends and family. We also love to go swimming and camping. My husband and I love to watch football also. GO COLTS!!! I have worked in the dental field for 14 years and started working at OSS in 2001. I work in the clinic traveling from office to office. You can usually find me in our Kendallville, Angola and Warsaw offices. I’m thankful that I have the opportunity to work for some great doctors! I currently live in Fort Wayne with my husband and two dogs, Rusty and Franky. I love spending time with my three grandchildren and taking our RV on camping trips. I especially enjoy camping at Salamonie Lake!

Hi, I’m Kari. I graduated from IPFW’s dental assisting program in 2007 and started working at OSS right away. I like working at OSS because the doctors and my co-workers are fun to work with! I enjoy reading, listening to music and spending time with my boyfriend, Dan, and my cats, Murphy & Marshall.

I'm Kelly. I have been a part of the OSS "family" since 2004. I travel to four of our five offices, and get to work with all of our doctors. We take a lot of pride in making sure we are current and up to date with all procedures, and protocols.
Continuing education is very important to our doctors. When relaxing at home with my husband, and son, and three dogs; I enjoy cooking, (taste testing too...) and scrapbooking. The atmosphere in all of our offices is relaxed, and professional. I know from your first appointment to your last, you will feel it too.

I’ve worked for the OSS team since 1998. The doctors are great and they treat their staff well. In my spare time I enjoy running, working out, and spending time with my husband, my two daughters and my dog.

Hi, my name is Kristi. I graduated from the Dental Assisting program at IPFW in 2004. I worked in pediatric dentistry for two years before joining the team at OSS in 2006. I currently work in the clinic, traveling to all of our office locations. I love interacting with our patients and really getting to know them as individuals. I know firsthand how having a straight smile can improve your self confidence, being a former OSS patient myself!
I live in Avilla with my awesome husband and our furry child, Xander, our Rottweiler. I love to read and spend a lot of my free time doing that and working on my book blog. I also love to travel, cook, go to the movies and spend time with my friends and family.

My name is Laura. I graduated from IPFW in 1997 with a degree in Dental Assisting. I have been employed at OSS since 1999 and also volunteer at the KIDS FIRST clinic. In my spare time I enjoy running and spending time with my husband and two children.
Lindsey
Hi, I’m Lindsey! I’m an IPFW dental assisting grad, and also continued my dental education by completing the Expanded Functions program in Indianapolis. After college I worked at a pediatric office before starting at OSS in 2006. I feel very privileged to work with such a great group of doctors. I’m married and am currently enjoying my duties as a new mom! We also have a dog and a mischievous cat, which share our home. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, playing games, and scrapbooking.

I’ve worked in the dental field for over 12 years and have been with OSS since June 2001. I really enjoy working in the orthodontic field and I really enjoy working with the doctors because they are very family oriented! I live in Ohio with my four children; Wade, Cole, Bret and Elle. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my children and relaxing outdoors!

I have been in the dental/orthodontic field since 1984 and have worked for OSS since 1995. I grew up in Ft Wayne, IN and currently live in Antwerp, OH. I am married and have 2 sons and 2 daughters. In my free time I like to scrapbook, garden, and am actively involved with our youth group and ladies missions at our church. I love seeing the beautiful smiles created at OSS!

I started working at OSS May 2010, graduating from IPFW in 09'. I absolutely love my job and everyone I work with, I am very blessed! I have a wonderful husband and two furry children (Kira and Goozie) who I love to spend my free time with. I also love to be outdoors rollerblading the river greenway with my husband and grilling out whenever possible. I love food almost as much as I love my husband :).

My name is Tina. I am Dr. Ketcham's TMD assistant. I've been a dental assistant for 23 years. I started working with Dr. Ketcham at O.S.S. in 1987. I've really enjoyed getting to know our patients over the years. I'm so glad I have helped them to feel better from their TMJ pain.
I grew up in LaOtto, Indiana. I graduated from East Noble High School. I went to IPFW and received my certificate for the dental assisting program. I live in Waterloo with my husband Curt and 2 daughters Tia & Jenna. When I'm at home I like to read, watch movies, & go for walks. I enjoy taking care of my dog & 2 cats. I also like to travel with my family.

Paula
I am the secretary to Drs. Gene, Eric, Aron and Dr. Ketcham. I have been with OSS since 2005. I do typing for all of our offices and make sure the doctors know which office location they should be in on any given day. My husband and I enjoy traveling and grand-parenting to twelve grandchildren, all of which live in Fort Wayne, and occupy much of our free time.
Rhonda
Hi, I'm Rhonda, the office manager. I have been at OSS for 5 years and am blessed to be able to work with a very professional and caring group of Doctors and staff members. My husband and I are enjoying our "semi-empty nest" since our son and daughter are in college; but our two beagles, Jack and Casey, still keep us active.
Denise
My name is Denise (AKA. D.J., Deej, D. just to name a few). I have had the pleasure of working with the Dellinger doctors since 1986. The doctors and staff at O.S.S. are by far the most talented, educated, and kind hearted people I have ever known. We as a team are dedicated to making our patients very the best experience possible, both technically and emotionally.
When I am not at work, I spend my time with my husband, and two goofy dogs. I have an adult daughter, son-in law, and three fantastic grandkids. I enjoy many crafts, reading, crossword puzzles, and love to go on cruise vacations.
I expect to have many more years, making personal connections with patients, parents, and co-workers, at my OSS home away from home.
Andria
I began my career at OSS in 1988 as a high school intern training with the front desk staff where I worked for several years as well as I was trained and worked as a clinical technician with the offices. As my experience with OSS expanded I became the Accounts Receivable Manager in 1996 and continue my role in that position today. What I enjoy most about OSS is my extended family and friends that I have with all of the staff and doctors!
My family includes my husband, one daughter and a Havanese dog named Romeo. My personal interests include: church, reading, sewing and watching Nascar races.
Katie
I have been with OSS since 2001. I divide my time at the office between TMJ insurance, Front Desk and TMJ clinic duties. I also visit area schools during the school year to educate children about the importance of good dental hygiene. I live in Fort Wayne with my husband and three children (Chloe, Joe and Alexa). I enjoy summers at the lake, playing soccer, camping and spending time with my family and friends.

I have enjoyed working as a orthodontic lab tech since 1990. I am proud of working for O.S.S. because of the reputation we have in the orthodontic community. The doctors are innovative, kind, and dedicated to being the best. I was born and raised in Fort Wayne, In. spending 4 years in Texas. I have been married to the love of my life since I was 18. We have two charming sons and their wives are remarkable. I love the time I spend spoiling my two beautiful granddaughters. In my pastime I enjoy boating, fishing, flower gardening, reading, travel, and getting together with my family and friends having a barbecue or just playing cards.

I have been with O.S.S. since 2001. I graduated from IPFW in 2002 with an Associate’s Degree in Dental Laboratory Technology. I enjoy working for three great doctors. They are very kind and thoughtful. I grew up in North Judson, IN and currently live in Fort Wayne, with my husband Phil and my cat Alley. In my free time I like to paint, play volleyball, golf and spend time with my family and friends.

My name is Michelle. I work in the appliance lab for Drs. Dellinger, and also help out in sterilization when needed. I've had the privilege of working at OSS since 2006. I went to IPFW in Fort Wayne, and earned my degree in Dental Lab Technology. In my spare time, I like to read, do a little casual walking, and root enthusiastically for the colts. (can you say... 8 brothers!!) I have a great sense of humor, (again, 8 brothers!! ) and love to share this with my family and friends as often as possible. I hope to continue with my career path at OSS for a very long time.

My name is Whendy. I've been with OSS since 1991 helping to create beautiful smiles. I am lab supervisor and I also work in x-ray and clinic as needed. I enjoy the variety of jobs I get to do, the nice people I work with and the great doctors I work for. I've been married 21 years to my best friend Dan. We have 3 crazy dogs that keep us very entertained. In my free time I love to ride my motorcycle, race-walk, garden and spend time with my family and friends.
Andrea
I have worked in the dental field since 2003, starting at OSS in 2004 as a Sterilization and Laboratory Technician. I love working at OSS because of the uplifting and caring environment! I grew up on a farm in Antwerp, Ohio and recently moved to my husband, John’s hometown. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, watching my nieces and nephews participate in their sporting events, working out, gardening, canning salsa, playing with my Schnoodle, Harley, and watching Ohio State football. Lynn
I started working at OSS in August of 2008. I sterilize the instruments that we use day to day for the offices. I enjoy working at OSS because everyone who works here is so cheerful. There is a great sense of humor, too. The staff is very helpful. If you have a question or need help with anything all you have to do is ask.
I am originally from Ohio. My husband and I live in Roanoke. I enjoy doing crochet while watching basketball on TV.
