Appointments

Patients are seen by appointment only. Please call in advance so that we may reserve a time for you. We make every effort to be on time for our patients, and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us immediately. If possible please give us 24 hours notice. This courtesy on your part makes it possible for us to give your appointment time to another patient.

For your convenience, appointments can be scheduled at any of our locations. Parents are encouraged to be a part of every appointment by observing in the treatment area.

Reappointment time is just before lunch or just after lunch; therefore missed appointments will be reappointed during school or work hours. We do our best to see patients as much as possible before or after school, but there are times that they will miss school.

House Calls

We use HouseCalls, a telephone appointment reminder system, which provides you with the courtesy of a timely, efficient reminder of your next scheduled appointment. Please retain your appointment ticket as HouseCalls can be interrupted by phone line repair, failed electricity due to storms, or due to a busy signal when the line is in use by voice or the internet.

T.Link/Web Access

Working through our website, T.LINK gives patients and parents 24/7 online access to important account information from the privacy of your home via the internet. To activate your account, please provide us with your e-mail address. T.LINK access will allow you to receive email and text message reminders of appointments and to make on-line payments via a credit/debit card or a bank account debit.

Financial & Insurance

It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality orthodontic treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We also offer no-interest financing options through our office as well as no- or low-interest financing through the CareCredit® system. We also offer a discount for full payment made at the beginning of treatment. If you have any questions about financing or payment, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.

Insurance

If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine your orthodontic benefits. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
